The green corridor on the Oleanderweg, which is at risk of flooding, was redesigned into a near-natural, playable rain retention system. In addition to the aim of preventing flooding of the lower-lying living areas in the event of heavy rainfall, the quality of stay was improved with elements of the "playable city" and the route situation. The accompanying open spaces were modeled into a hollow landscape. The hollow areas of the green corridor were designed to be experienced along a footpath and cycle path with natural play equipment and art and sound installations. The construction work has been completed since November 2020 and the green corridor has been opened to the public.
