The Rechnitz swimming lake is located in the Geschrittenstein Nature Park and is fed by its excellent water sources. It is approx. 300 m long, 100 m wide and a maximum of 7 m deep.

In the water, a water slide, diving tower (jump heights of 3 and 5 meters) and pedal boats offer special bathing pleasure. There is a swing world for the little ones in the shallow children's swimming area.

The five-hectare area has a jetty directly on the water and sunbathing lawns on the shallow north bank in the children's area. In the bathing lake buffet with a lake terrace on the south bank and at the snack stand on the north bank, guests are pampered with cool drinks, ice cream specialties and culinary delights right on the water. A children's playground, a skater area, a table tennis table and a beach volleyball court complete the leisure offer. A special attraction directly behind the lake is the children's adventure in the forest and bird world with a barrier-free observation tower. A beautiful promenade leads around the lake.
