Everyone knows Mary, the mother of Jesus, although she only plays a minor role in the Bible and very little is known about her ancestry. Maria was a pilgrim in her life:

She rushes to Judea to help her cousin Elisabeth with the birth of her child. From
Nazareth goes with Joseph to Bethlehem, where Jesus is born.
To protect Jesus from being persecuted by Herod, she fled to Egypt before going back to Nazareth.

We know about the pilgrimage with Jesus to Jerusalem, about the wedding of Canaa and finally the last way of Jesus to the crucifixion hill, where she accompanied him.

We have already covered so many paths in our lives, difficult and easy.
Many have had a lasting impact on our lives.

You are cordially invited to explore the city on the Gescher History Trail and the Gescher Planet Trail. Both paths largely follow the same route. The circuit runs on everyday streets and paths for around six kilometers from Haus Hall through the inner city area with the city park to the green belt in the Berkelaue to the northeast. The path is freely accessible at all times and marked by signs. You will find another history station seven kilometers south in the Hochmoor district.

Forces and connections work in the cosmos. Infinite expanses have at all times aroused the urge to explore, and today more and more things can be explained scientifically. Without the sun's energy, the earth would just be a cold piece of rock; without the earth, the sun's energy would waste away in space.

The cosmos is also a picture of living together in a city. On the Gescher History and Planetary Path everyone can feel historical and spatial connections and recognize connections.
