        The Rammsee near Brekendorf is one of the lakes in Schleswig-Holstein and is located south of Schleswig. It is one of the dead ice lakes that formed during the last ice age. This ice age has left some traces in the municipality of Brekendorf and the local nature park "Hüttener Berge". On the one hand the highest elevation in the Schleswig region with the 106 meter high Scheelsberg and the Heidberg, so named because of its rare vegetation, which is also a natural monument.

                This lake is beautifully located in the forest area. A holdover from the Ice Age. The board in the immediate vicinity is interesting and informative.

                  Enjoy the peace and sounds of the forest on the two deck chairs.
                  If you like, you can take a ride on the lake in the rowing boat that is available. There are even life jackets available!

                              The hut is a cosy place to rest and have a picnic. If you don't mind getting your feet muddy, you can also go swimming in the lake. There is a small jetty.
