Beautifully situated refuge on one of the most beautiful panoramic mountains in the foothills of the Alps.
Visitors can see up to 36 peaks of the Eastern Alps from the Obersberg Forest Friends Hut at an altitude of 1,464 meters. A literally heavenly panorama - not just for many a pilgrim who stops here on their way to Mariazell. To fortify themselves, the kitchen recommends cheese dumplings and a piece of the homemade cakes.
Opening times: mid-May - September; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Overnight accommodation (beds / camp sites): currently no overnight accommodation due to renovation work

I've been here twice already, in the snow I had saukalt but a beautifully situated refuge on one of the most beautiful vantage mountains of the foothills.

According to the information, the hut is only open once a year, only on Whit Monday. There are completely different opening hours online that don't fit together at all. You should change that as soon as possible before there are more mistakes and misunderstandings.
