The Mousty arboretum was planted in the last century by a forestry engineer who wanted to test different tree species for the limestone region. Today you can admire more than 30 species of deciduous and coniferous trees, each accompanied by an informative sign. You can also enjoy the view from three benches and gazebos, and learn about the arboretum from large panels. The arboretum is a great place to relax and appreciate the beauty and diversity of the trees.

The arboretum was planted last century by Forest Engineer Blondeau with the aim of determining the species that would be most suitable for afforesting the limestone region (tiennes). Today, many of these trees have grown too large and the leaves, needles, fruits, etc... can no longer be seen. The original pictures with names have for the most part been removed. The Natural Park has carried out various planting actions to fill the lower vegetation zone and to place about thirty A3 information panels about the different deciduous or coniferous species. Three benches are placed on the viewing points as well as large information panels about the arboretum in general.
