As Ida already wrote here in the best tip about the highlight: Definitely not built by the Romans in 1424. I don't know my way around here, but I was definitely impressed by this bridge from the late Middle Ages. So check it out, it's worth it.

The "Roman Bridge" that is still preserved was certainly not built by the Romans.

From the history of the Hunteburg:
The castle experienced its heyday between 1376 and 1402 under Bishop Dietrich von Horne. At the end of the 14th century, Bishop Friedrich von Horn is said to have founded a chapel in the castle, in which a priest from Ostercappeln held mass from 1402 onwards. In 1441 the castle was taken by Bishop Alber von Hoya of Minden and the town and the country were damaged. In 1442, Osnabrück bishop Heinrich von Mors took the town of Hunteburg and, after a six-month siege, conquered Hunteburg Castle, the last collegiate castle.
