Due to its design and furnishings, the parish church of St. Martin, as a late Gothic hall church, is one of the most important sacred buildings on the Moselle. The tower crowned with the most decorated Gothic slate helmet enjoys special appreciation.

Saint Martin, to whom Ediger Church is dedicated, is probably one of the most popular saints of all, along with Saint Nicholas.
