The Chésery refuge is an old stable. It was renovated in the 1980s. Today, William and Simone Grenon, shepherds, manage the refuge in the pure mountain tradition.
William Grenon says: “Alpine shepherds since 1982 with our sheep breeding, we agreed to take care of the operation of the Refuge by offering, in addition to accommodation, local products and Valais specialties. »
