I agree with Peter that the road is impassable and dangerous too.
We had to cross the mud on foot about 6-7 times, which is almost impossible with RR shoes because it is loose rubble.
I suspect that it will no longer be cleared because the road was partly swept away and the road is no longer needed.

in 04/2023 we had to climb a few meters over stony debris flows three or four times; However, the path was well trodden and no problem carrying the racing bike over the few meters. The road itself is still closed - one can only hope that it is not left to decay, as it is sensationally laid out - you hardly feel the slope at all :)
