                                            The entire area around Lake Montiggler See is known as the Montiggler Forest. In summer there is a nice cool path around the two lakes. Also suitable for prams.

                                              In the northeast it is partly surrounded by rocky terrain, with the area on the opposite side merging into a swamp. With a bit of luck, you can see sea snakes swimming in the lake. And in the swamp you can spot smaller turtles with good observation skills.
