-In the memorial bos de Spinder-
In the Landgoed Huis ter Heide, we find a natural cemetery with many graves in the middle of the forest.
Here the urn graves are adapted to nature and the beautiful forest.
Gravestones made of marble or brass vases are taboo on the graves here.
For the bereaved, the names of those buried here are burned on a wooden plaque as a memento and fresh flowers are placed on the grave.
The graves are mostly tended by nature itself.

But there are also beautiful and quiet resting places here, where you can enjoy the silence and let your thoughts wander.

Memorial forest De Spinder is a small-scale, personal memorial forest north of Tilburg. For your memorial tree or other memorial monument (you) is a private - screened off with hedgerows - spacious field of 15 square meters available between tall, sun-permeable trees with plenty of privacy.

The remembrance forest offers personal memorial fields of 25 to 250 square meters where there is space for memorial trees and other memorial monuments. The forest covers approximately 10 hectares and currently has 36 fields in use. Fields and memorials are constantly being added. It is an ideal forest with a social function, with which no money has to be made.
