    At Lac de Montsalvens you can not only hike wonderfully and enjoy the view of the water, but also pick many herbs. The shore of the lake is lush with edible plants, such as oregano, meadowsweet or large nettle.

      Very nice hike, especially suitable in spring and autumn. Frying on the way is possible. The visit of the chocolate museum in Broc is recommended, but is expected to wait, especially on weekends.

          Hike from Charmey over the suspension bridge along Lac de Montsalvens to Broc. Visit the chocolate shop there and continue to the HR Giger Museum in La Gruyère. Afterwards you should definitely enjoy a fondue in the show dairy and for dessert a merengues with double cream ... what a day for the senses.
