As a native of Dannenberg who has lived here for 46 years, I naturally love my hometown. A few recommended Dannenberg highlights include Lake Thielenburg, the Waldemar Tower (with museum), St. Johannis Church, and the Old Jeetzel. The small town of Dannenberg has approximately 8,200 residents.
