The castle in Breitenlohe offers the possibility to spend your vacation in historical walls. The moated castle in Breitenlohe was first mentioned in a document in 1340 and has seen a lot since then. During the peasant wars in the 16th century the castle was destroyed, in 1783 the castle and hallway were sold to the Counts of Castell, after the Second World War over a hundred people lived in the castle at times, renovation began in 2003 and today the moated castle is "Hotel" . Great building and beautiful photo object.
