Descent to the Kalkofensteg: Good footwear and surefootedness are recommended, as the path partly leads over loose stones and roots. At the Ammer there are large gravel banks where you can linger and swim. The sinter terraces are also worth seeing.

The bridge over the Ammer describes a good end point for a (MTB) tour. It is strongly recommended not to use the trail with a bike over the bridge or south (you wear it more than you push) To protect the nature and the trail please note the note. Thank you
