Fürth's city park is very spacious and diverse. Besides a rose garden and several ponds (keep an eye out – one of them is home to turtles that sometimes bask in the sun), there's a large playground and an open-air stage. Food and drinks are available at the park café.

Hans Schiller (1902-1991) was the city garden director in Fürth. He redesigned the city park and was one of the initiators and planners of the "Greens and Blooming" garden show in 1951.
The bust is by Eva Hermann and Heinz Siebenkäß and was unveiled in 2007.
