The Hofgut lying in the forest between Heusenstamm and Dietzenbach was originally a Benedictine monastery. Today there is a farm with farm shop from our own production, mainly from the cattle.
The horticulture is open in summer on Sundays and public holidays. You sit comfortably under old trees or in the sun, everyone's favorite. Meat and sausages and of course a lot of the grill comes on the table. There is also homemade potato salad, which unfortunately is so good that it is often out of stock at noon. Handkäs' with music from a cheese dairy in the Odenwald can be ordered as well as sometimes delicious organic mozzarella with tomatoes.
Cake from the plate or cider from the Niedererlenbacher fruit farm are missing just as little as organic drinks or delicious Hefeweizen. All in all, also for culinary reasons a first-class contact point after a bike ride or hike.
The consumption of even brought food is tolerated.
