The bear cave is located on the western slope of Zeilerberge, about 3km north of Winden am See, about 20m above the road. It is a bed joint cavity with two NW exposed entrances (each 3m wide and 1.6m high), showing traces of old brickwork. The cave consists of a room with short side branches and has a parallel entrance with hump carts on the ceiling in the entrance area. It consists of earthy sediments and blockage blocks and a grid barrier with unlocked doors (since 1978). The cave stands since 4 February 1929 under Federal Monument Protection. The name "Ludlloch" was named after the field name "Am Ludl".
