From the ridge, it goes uphill to the Great Schoberstein. The way is quite easy and mostly secured with a steel cable. Nevertheless, to enjoy the view, it is recommended to stop for a while.

Easy ascent, if you have a head for heights and the appropriate alpine experience, you can also walk without any problems at the points secured with steel cables. In the lower section through the forest, it is difficult to find your way because there are many well-trodden and much-used abbreviations on the hairpin bends.
