At a crossroads, there's a bench with two large information panels about the Black Forest water supply.
The hymn is particularly well done.
The water flows clear and bright from the Enz Valley to us; indeed, the spring that everyone has in their home is inexhaustible. The old lamentation has now died down.
"The well is empty again." My thirst burns in my stomach. Where will I get the water from?

For decades, the member communities of the Black Forest water supply were supplied from the Kälbertal. The drinking water was pumped up to the main elevated tank between Meistern and Hünerberg using hydropower from the Enz. From here the lower elevated tanks were supplied. The Kälbermühle pumping station was built in 1897.
