Not only suitable for mountain goats. :) If you like walking along watercourses and like small stair climbs and bridges, you will get your money's worth here. Almost at the top of the hydroelectric power station is another beautiful waterfall.

A Tobel (the or the) is in the Upper German dialects a narrow valley to a gorge, in the technical language of geomorphology a funnel-shaped valley with a narrow exit. Regionally, the alternative spelling Dobel is also used.
The generic word Tobel or Dobel is often used in the western Alpine foothills, especially in eastern and inner Switzerland (eastern canton of Aargau, canton of Zurich, eastern Switzerland and central Switzerland), in the southern Black Forest, in Upper Swabia, in the Allgäu, in Vorarlberg, in western Tyrol and occasionally in South Tyrol. The word also occurs in great numbers in place and field names.

A path leads along the Gaisalpbachs up to the Gaisalpe. It takes about 40 minutes from the valley to the Gaisalpe, with almost 300 meters difference in altitude.
Attention: At high tide the path is often closed!

The Gaisalp lakes below the Nebelhorn summit feed the Gaisalpbach. Especially in the rock break below the lower Gaisalpsee, it falls in several cascades. In winter it is a paradise for ice climbers. In the area of the Gaisalpe, the gradient decreases a little, before it can pick up speed again in the Gaisbachtobel above Reichenbach.
From Reichenbach the stream strives towards the town of Rubi in many small waterfalls. Shortly after this place he feeds the Iller at the Rubinger bridge.
