In addition to the coffees in the old town, where you have to push, you can go directly to the jetty by bike. Just drive past the western city gate, over the small parking lot, in the direction of the Rhine.
There you have left if you also nice terrace coffees overlooking the Rhine. You can get there without a walk and can park the bike well in sight.
