THE TREE IS 350 - 400 YEARS OLD!
Lime tree in Brünkendorf - tree type winter linden tree - location on a road island in the town's main road. Hollow trunk base with openings in the trunk mantle. Two-stem crown structure. The tree used to have a bell that called the villagers together. VERY BEAUTIFUL!

The question always comes up: what is a highlight and what is not? I would have driven past WITHOUT that red button on my map. Now I'm glad I got to see this tree veteran. Not in the park, but here, me on my bike, somewhere in the middle of nowhere! Great and THANK YOU!
