The lighthouse was just extensively restored in July 2018 - but was accessible - the view is fantastic - an absolute recommendation.
The Lodbjerg lighthouse was built from granite stone in 1883 and is 35 m high.
It can also serve as a starting point for hikes in the wildest landscape in Thy, the dunes between Lodbjerg and Lyngby.
A marked path leads to the high dune "Penbjerg". To the east of the path are three Bronze Age graves, which are difficult to see between the dunes.
