Here you will find the vineyard ten Gaerde. Convinced that the Hageland hills form an ideal terroir for wine growing, Danny and his father André planted their first vines in Houwaart in the spring of 2010 to develop a vineyard for their own use. André was one of the founders of wine growing in the Hageland in the 1970s.

Danny expanded his knowledge and skills over the years by taking all kinds of targeted courses and lectures at home and abroad. The hobby turned into a passion and over the years the planting steadily expanded. A few vineyards were also taken over with planted vines of more than 30 years old.

Danny has complete control over the process of making wine, from work in the vineyard to vinification in the wine cellar.
