Anyone who expects the reintroduced horses to constantly gallop through the landscape is not entirely correct. The horses are “wild” primarily because they are on their own in the wild - day in and day out, summer and winter, and have to make ends meet without additional feeding. What is special only becomes apparent in the calm observation of the horses and their behavior in the herd. This is unique and otherwise hardly to be experienced anywhere.

Opening times: from March / April (depending on the weather) to 1.
November, on weekends and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

It should be noted that there is only one entrance / cash register - this is an entrance and an exit at the same time. You can move around the site easily by bike, but you cannot drive through it - even if the paths appear on the Komoot map or map, i.e. whether they lead through the reserve at the front and back.
You can only access the site during opening hours: March 1st - November 1st, only on weekends: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., last admission: 5.30 p.m.
