When the Ochsenhoferscharte is reached, it goes from here to the ascent to the Grünhorn. Unhindered mountaineers should descend after the summit storm from the Grünhorn on the same way back to the Ochsenhoferscharte and from here to the Schwarzwasserhütte. From here the way becomes very difficult!
For the more experienced, the route continues from the Grünhorn towards Steinmandl. Attention: This is an alpine trail. Surefootedness and a head for heights are absolutely necessary. The path is sometimes very exposed and narrow and in some places a short passage must be climbed. In rain or wet this way (very slippery, danger of falling!) Should not be committed.

After the Steinmandl has been reached, the descent follows in the direction of the Schwarzwasserhütte.

There are some passages where you have to climb. One is about 30 meters. There are NO steps or ropes attached to support. For this you need good mountain boots, definitely enough time and experience in the alpine terrain!
