I love to drive here. Partly the track is so good that 32-34 km / h are possible, but usually 30 are possible.
At the weekend, the track is often overcrowded, then it is less fun to drive there.

If you're in the city (whichh is a nightmare for racebike tires) there's a terrific route from the Deichtorhallen all the way the along the 'Oberhafen' 'Hochwasserschutzanlage Großmarkt all the way to Entenwerder. From Entenwerder you can follow the 'Dove Elbe' all the way to 'Altengamme' über den Tatenberger / Ochsenwerder Deich. Altengamme is practically on the Elbe. You can't miss it. From there, it's all straight asphalt baby. Perfect for a racebike! Njoy

The Marschbahndamm was only newly asphalted a few years ago and offers almost car-free cycling through the fields. Skaters also often have fun here. Every now and then you meet riders, so please be considerate here.
