Since 1985, the 30m long coast guard boat has been on display in the center of Horumersiel. After its construction in 1952, it was initially used by the US armed forces to monitor the Weser, and from 1957 by the German Navy. Since 1985 it has been the comradeship home of the Naval Comradeship Horumersiel. Worth seeing 👍🏻

Coast guard boat Horumersiel

The 30 m long coast guard boat (KW 19) has been on display in the center of town since 1985. It was built in 1952 and was initially used by the US armed forces to monitor the Weser, and from 1957 onwards by the German Navy. It has been the comradeship home of the Horumersiel Naval Comradeship since 1985.
