Sebastian-Kneipp-Weg 8, near the train station, open for church services (Sundays from 9-10 am).

The Johanneskapelle in Oy-Mittelberg belongs to the Christuskirche in Kempten. The Diakonissenanstalt Neuendettelsau had built it in 1934 for her nearby recovery home and soon after opened for the church members in the village and the "temporary community". Walter Eckstein was at that time the first Protestant citizen of the place, today it is 500. Only in the year 2004 the protestant church acquired the little church for the ideal donation of 1 euro of the Diakonie Neuendettelsau, after these had given up the recovery home and sold. The chapel with its extension can accommodate up to 180 worshipers.
