There is a viewing tower on the Keulenberg with a wonderful view.
There is also a playground for the little ones.

There is also a snack bar, but it seems to be closed and will remain so

Snack bar open every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On the Keulenberg there is even a snack which is open on Sundays. Drinks, sausage, Viennese and I think cakes (but I'm not sure) can be bought there. Opening times 10 a.m. - approx. 6 p.m. in summer.

Royal Saxon Triangulation No. 10 Keulenberg Station
"The Royal Saxon Triangulation (here with its historical name) is a land survey carried out in the years 1862 to 1890 on the territory of the Kingdom of Saxony with the simultaneous creation of a trigonometric network.
The aim was to record the territory of the state in a scientifically and geodetically precise manner and to create the basis for the production of precise maps by establishing permanently marked fixed points." - de.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C3%B6niglich-S%C3%A4chsische_Triangulirung
As a 1st order station, it was also part of the Central European degree measurement.

From Keulenberg, observations were made from N. Olgahöhe, Ossling, Lessingthurm, Butterberg, Valtenberg, Lausche, Schneeberg, Felixthurm, Borsberg, Kahleberg, Dresdner Schlossthurm, Bayerhöhe, Großdobritz, Buchberg, Collm, Strauch, Galgenberge.
There are signs on the observation tower showing where these peaks can be located.
