ハイキング
St. Stephen's Monastery was built in the early Middle Ages as a church with a hermit's cell. In the 15th century, the monastery was abandoned and fell into disrepair. The Heiligenberg Tower was built from its stones in the 19th century.

The ruins of St. Stephen's Monastery are the remains of the second monastery on the Heiligenberg, which was built around 1090 by the Benedictine monk Arnold.
The Heiligenberg Tower is a lookout tower at St. Stephen's Monastery, which was built in the 19th century from stones from this monastery.
The exact time of creation and function of the 55 meter deep Heidenloch are unknown. It is probably a cistern or a well shaft that was built in Roman times. In 1987 the shaft was uncovered and a shelter was built above it.
