The Tranum-Fosdal hiking trail is a fantastic 11 km circular route. It starts at the forest playground in Tranum. The trail leads from Tranum over Jammerbugten's highest point, Bavnehøj (83.4 meters above sea level) and further over Ingeborgs Bakker (hills) to Fosdalen, a beautiful little canyon with beautiful vegetation and mystical trees. As you continue, you will be guided along the cliff edge with wonderful views of the sea and the coastline.
The trail can be shortened - there are 5 signposted shortcuts along the trail, e.g. 2.7 km, 6 km or 7 km.
