Neither an organ nor a harmonium existed until the early 20th century.
From 1901 onwards there was at least a pipe harmonium, which was replaced in 1950 by a positive organ from Bosch.

According to a historical elaboration on display in the building, the history of the origins of the Rechtebach Church has not been documented in its early days. The later building history can be clearly read on the church itself.
The oldest part is the late Gothic choir with a simple sacrament niche from the same period. There are several tombstones from the 17th and 18th centuries on the walls to protect them from wind and weather.
In 2013 the church was completely renovated.
