In autumn and winter, the west bank offers a wide view of the villas on the opposite bank. Among other things, the Villa Konschewski is located there. It was built between 1922 and 1924 by the architect Oskar Kaufmann, who also designed the buildings of the Hebbeltheater and the Berliner Volksbühne.
