"The Fools' Fountain of the Free Fools' Guild Wolfach on the Gassensteg in Wolfach was inaugurated on February 9, 1970 - the so-called Schellenmentig. W. Haaf took over the design at the time. The fountain was expanded in 2000. The figures are from left to right : 3 nose trainers, Mealworm Hansel Wolfach, Alde Rununkel Wolfach, Röslehansel Wolfach, Wohlaufma Wolfach, Nutshell Hansel Wolfach, Schellenhansel Wolfach, Spättlehansel Wolfach and the Stripe Hansel Wolfach. The purse, brush and top hat of the purse washer lying on the floor as a symbol for the traditional purse washing Wolfach."
