Hiltenburg Castle is worth a visit any time of year. You'll be rewarded with a magnificent view of the upper Fils Valley. The ruins also boast a tower, which can be climbed via a steel staircase. There's also a barbecue area with plenty of space for children and dogs.

On two levels, the exhibition informs about the history of the Hiltenburg and provides insights and the everyday life of its inhabitants.
The fate of the castle after the destruction in 1516 and the efforts to preserve the historic buildings are further focal points.
Unique is the reconstruction of a Kaclofen from the early 13th century. Mysterious effect of the visible foundation area of the keep.
