On two levels, the exhibition informs about the history of the Hiltenburg and provides insights and the everyday life of its inhabitants.
The fate of the castle after the destruction in 1516 and the efforts to preserve the historic buildings are further focal points.
Unique is the reconstruction of a Kaclofen from the early 13th century. Mysterious effect of the visible foundation area of the keep.

The Hiltenburg is worthwhile in every season. You will definitely be rewarded with a wonderful view of the upper Filstal. There is a tower on the ruin that can be climbed with a steel staircase. Otherwise, barbecue area and enough space for children, dogs, etc.
