The von Rütte-Gut is the last of the 30 Bernpatrician country and vineyard estates on Lake Biel. Its history can be traced back to the 15th century.

Today there are various partners who help the property become lively and attractive.
The von Rütte-Gut is idyllically and gracefully located on the southern shore of Lake Biel.
On the other side of the lake, the vineyards with the picturesque wine-growing villages and the wooded Jura heights in the background form a unique backdrop.

The listed park around the von Rütte-Gut in Sutz was completely renovated thanks to the generous support of the lottery fund and various partners. Historical garden elements and paths are presented again in their original condition, rare plants and animals benefit from more light.
