The Fuggerschloss Nordendorf is the remnant of a formerly much larger castle complex of the Fugger. The two-story gable roof building is located in the middle of the village.

For the Nordendorfer it is the center of the place, so to speak.

The alliance coat of arms of the Rehlinger-Welser can still be seen above the entrance gate.

What is still preserved today and is known as the "Nordendorfer Castle" is actually the pre-castle. The yellow L-shaped building, which measures approximately ten by 20 meters, extends along the main street in the village.

I saw it, stopped and took a picture. Unfortunately I didn't know that it was a Fugger castle. There is no sign anywhere to indicate this. Unfortunately. Is probably privately owned.
