The Aggenstein is a popular mountain with panoramic views, especially in the summer months. Therefore, climbing it very early or late in the season is recommended. Numerous chamois can be found around the Bad Kissingen Hut and on the final few meters to the summit.

Starting point (south route): "Enge" hiking car park, shortly after Grän in the direction of Pfronten (fee applies).
