With its clear water, the jade-green shimmering mountain lake is a small oasis not far from the busy Fernpass road. It is easily accessible on hiking trails. If you don't let the cool temperatures harm you, you'll enjoy swimming in the clear mountain water.

The Mittersee lies at 992 meters and has a length of 300 meters and a maximum width of 150 meters. In addition to the Weißensee and the Blindsee it belongs to the "Fernpass-Seen".

A wonderful area for hiking, cycling and of course for swimming ... and all this against a breathtaking mountain panorama.
