The Vogelsangpass is an access to the Kaiserstuhl from Bötzingen to Vogtsburg. The view of the Black Forest is beautiful, there is a small parking lot for a rest - hikes can also be started from here.
The climb isn't particularly long, but it's quite steep. Not recommended during the day on too hot days: there is no shade and, like everywhere else on the Kaiserstuhl, it is often very warm.

The descent in the direction of Bötzingen is one of the few routes in a wide area on which you can reach speeds of more than 80 kilometers per hour relatively safely and also drive from a safety point of view.
