ハイキング
Several figures of gods once adorned the palace park. A water-scooping nymph has found its admirers since 2012. It was restored and unveiled by the Quandt Association and the Regional Foundation for Art and Culture of the Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden. Like all other sculptures, it disappeared from the palace gardens around 70 years ago.

A lot has happened in the extensive park area, most of which is open to the public, under the new lord of the castle, Sven Müller-Röske. Both the entire park wall and the entrance to the park in the “Nymph in the Grotto” area were rebuilt true to the original. The small lime tree avenue was also resurrected and an impressive number of young winter lime trees were replanted in this and the large lime tree avenue. In addition, the small Ionic temple in the park was completely renovated.
