The Naturfreundehaus Veilbronn was built in 1925 by the Fürth nature friends, fourteen years later, after a local chapter had formed in Fürth. The Naturfreundehaus is a public restaurant and a hiking base with overnight accommodation for groups and individuals. It is run on a voluntary basis by club members on weekends and public holidays.

We stayed here for one night and were very happy with the food, the room and the friendly staff. The sanitary facilities are pretty new and well maintained. Great outdoor area with fantastic views and great sunset terrace!
