The Rabenfels is one of the most imposing rock formations the Swabian Alb has to offer. Like its surrounding counterparts, it was carved out long ago by the ancient Danube. Enjoy the view!

The Rabenfels is a breathtaking place in a beautiful area. The approach alone is fun. It leads through wild terrain on narrow paths up to a small saddle. Just a short climb away from the edge that drops vertically 30 or 40 m on the other side of the path. If you have the courage to lean forward, with a little luck you can watch rock climbers doing daring actions.
The hiking trail also leads steeply down before it rises again in a valley. Here you should allow yourself a few minutes and branch off further into the valley. There you can see the Raven Rock in profile, recognizing it as a narrow disk that protrudes imposingly into the sky as a rock needle. A place to visit and experience.
