On the "Holzweg", which leads into the forest near Grillenburg along the Triebisch, hikers of all ages can learn something about trees, wood and the use of the forest. Many display boards close together explain all sorts of useful things. Touching and feeling expressly encouraged. Every now and then you have to deviate briefly from the main path to take a closer look at a station, but the path is also easy to cope with with a pram. It was built under the direction of the Tharandt Teaching Forestry Office and is around two kilometers long - including the way back - and has no noticeable gradient.
