The highlight was misnamed by someone and calls it the S-21. It stands for security prison and the last two digits of the phone number that was assigned to the prison at the time. The prison was used to torture people to obtain information for Pol Pot's communist leadership. Many people were tortured here and then killed on The Killing Fields. A genocide against their own people carried out by the Khmer Rouge.

The prison was located on a former school building. Between 1976 and January 1979, approximately 18,000 people were imprisoned. Only 12 prisoners survived. All others were taken to the Choeung Ek execution site at night and murdered there.

Sent right place where a lot of horror happened. Here people were tortured and to get more information against the enemies. It was mostly assumed that they were spies from the FBI and CIA. Millions of their own people were killed in the process. A very dark chapter in Cambodia that was unleashed by Pol Pot, a communist leader.
