The Freising water tower is a listed water tower in Freising.

The central Freising water supply went into operation in 1888. In order to be able to connect the higher areas of Freising to the drinking water supply, the construction of a water tower became necessary at the latest with the construction of the Jäger barracks (Vimy barracks). The choice fell on the location next to the new barracks, where there was already an underground tank for drinking water. The tower, built in 1906, was made of reinforced concrete. The exterior of the octagonal tower is based on the Baroque style. There is a walkway on the seventh floor, and the water tank with a capacity of 100 m3 is on the eighth floor. With a total height of 46 m, the tower is the highest point in the city of Freising due to its location on the Wehrberg. It was renovated by the municipal utilities for the tower's 100th anniversary. The tower, which is still in operation, was re-plastered and bullet holes from the world wars were removed from the sheet metal roof.
