ハイキング
The Pietzmoor is definitely one of the highlights of the Lüneburg Heath. You can explore the raised bog on a 5km circular walk from Bohlenstegen. There is plenty to discover all year round, the famous cottongrass blossom in spring, the diverse wildlife in summer, mystical fog over everything in the fall and in winter the moor enchants as a frosty ice landscape. It is feasible and impressive for hikers of any condition.

Pure nature and learn something about the landscape. Also suitable for children (but you should always use the jetty). Parking is sufficiently available and gastronomy also to be found nearby.
